MTA Staff Our office is staffed by registered architects, graduate intern architects, and administrative support. In addition we hire architectural students as summer interns on a regular basis to maintain our perspective on educational trends and provide experience for the next generation of architects. Our success as a firm is directly related to the quality of our employees in a stimulating, collegial environment where individual initiative is recognized and rewarded.
